Registration Process

Prerequisite for applying MCA registration

Digital signatures device of all proposed Directors,
KYC documents of all directors duly signed by them;
Email, Mobile Number, educational qualifications of all Directors;

Step 1: Fill spice form Part-A for name reservation/approval

Maximum 2 names can be proposed.

Step 2: Fill the following forms

SPICE + Part B
MOA in INC33
AOA in INC34
INC-35 AGILE‐PRO-S

Step 3: On vetting of all uploaded forms Certificate of Incorporation will be issued

Step 4: PAN & TAN will be automatically allotted

Step 5: Post-Incorporation compliance

1st board meeting within 30 days.
Appointment of an auditor within 30 days.
For Commencement of Business Certificate file INC-20A within 180 days.

Company incorporation is required for creating a business entity which is created and recognised as separate legal entity under the Companies Act, 2013, or earlier Act in India.

  • Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) (however it’s a Firm)
  • At least 2 directors (one of them must be a resident of India)
  • 2 shareholders
  • Proposed name of Company to be registered
  • An office address in India as its registered office
  • Director identification number (DIN) of proposed directors
  • Digital Signature Certificates (DSCs) for director
  • As pre requisite you must have Digital Signature Certificate (DSC) and DIN of Directors
  • Submit dully filled SPICe+ Part A to reserve company name through RUN
  • Fill and submit all necessary form under SPICe+ Part B
  • After approval of incorporation Company will be allotted,  Certificate of Incorporation (COI), PAN, TAN.
  • One need to create a login credentials https://www.mca.gov.in, and thereafter incorporation related forms can be submitted.
